I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel during my stay from the 22nd to the 31st. The room I was given was shabby with terrible Wi-Fi, which was a huge issue since I needed to work remotely. The staff was uncooperative when I sought a better room to match what I had actually paid for. Although I appreciated the courteous housekeeping, the overall experience was disappointing, leading me to think it might have been better to sleep in my car than stay there.
